The first high-voltage wire used for battery connection in electric vehicles is a common single-layer high-voltage wire; while the motor connection needs to prevent signal interference, OMG added shielded single-layer high-voltage wire in the shielding layer; due to the harsh environment of electric vehicle applications, OMG developed a more temperature-resistant, wear-resistant and better protected double-layer high-voltage wire based on the single-layer high-voltage wire. Therefore, we divide the high-voltage cables commonly used in electric vehicles into three categories: single-layer electric vehicle high-voltage cables, single-layer shielded electric vehicle high-voltage cables, and double-layer electric vehicle high-voltage cables.

Double-layer electric vehicle high-voltage line: mainly used for the more serious vibration environment, such as the connection between battery and high voltage.
